Most of the blogs have focused on the different ways organizations can leverage mentoring to support different talent development programs.  As mentioned in my first blog it is important to have buy in and support from a key stakeholders for the program to succeed.  Ensuring buy in and support means balancing employee needs and business needs so that it is a win win.
